These terms apply to your use of www.systematik.com.sg (the “Website”), which is operated by Systematik Distribution Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore (“Systematik”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About this Website
The Website provides general information about Systematik Distribution and the professional audio and audiovisual brands and products we distribute. Product descriptions, specifications, images and availability are provided for information only, may change without notice and do not form an offer to sell. Nothing on the Website is a binding quotation.

2. Our official channels
The only authorised channels for correspondence with Systematik are:

our official email address, sales@systematik.com.sg; and
our authorised representatives, who will always write to you from an email address ending in @systematik.com.sg.

Only correspondence through these channels can be considered authorised correspondence from Systematik. Messages from any other email address, domain, social media account, messaging app or website are not from us, even if they use our name, logo or staff names. If you are unsure whether a message is genuine, please contact us directly at sales@systematik.com.sg before you respond.

3. How we handle business deals
For any business deal, a member of our team will call you and arrange to meet you in person. We do not conclude business deals solely through the Website, online forms or messages.

4. No payment or financial information
We will never request payment or financial information, such as bank account details, card numbers or passwords, through the Website, by email, by message or by phone in exchange for any product or service. Please do not send payment or financial information to anyone in response to such a request, even if it appears to come from Systematik.

All transactions are carried out only through proper channels, in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

5. Suspicious messages and impersonation
If you receive a message that claims to be from Systematik but does not come through our official channels, or that asks for payment or financial information, please do not reply, click links or make any payment. Report it to us at sales@systematik.com.sg. We are not responsible for any loss arising from correspondence or payments made outside our official channels.

6. Enquiries and personal information
When you contact us through the Website, we use the details you give us only to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on related business. We handle personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

7. Intellectual property
The content of the Website, including text, layout and graphics, belongs to Systematik or is used with permission. Brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective manufacturers and owners and are used to represent the products we distribute. You may not copy or reuse Website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
