Systematik Distribution Pte Ltd (“Systematik”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data through www.systematik.com.sg (the “Website”), in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

We only collect personal data that you choose to give us, for example when you fill in an enquiry form or email us. This may include your name, company name, job role, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry.

Like most websites, the Website also uses cookies and similar tools to make the site work and to understand how it is used. These do not identify you by name.

  • respond to your enquiries and requests for quotes, demos or product information;

  • contact you about the projects, products or services you have asked about; and

  • meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We will not use your personal data for any other purpose without your consent. We do not sell your personal data.

We take reasonable security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then delete or anonymise it.

You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible, and generally within 30 days.
