The Jefferson Church
Danley Sound Labs · Jefferson, Georgia, USA

In June 2021 the Jefferson Church bought the cotton mill where it was founded in the 1930s and set about turning the old warehouse into a new sanctuary. Having built a strong relationship with Pastor Nick and his team, dB Integrations was the church's first choice for the audio and video design.
The building brought real acoustic challenges: concrete floors, hard walls and few absorbent surfaces. Danley's answer was pattern control. As Danley's Cooper Hedden put it, the aim was to "focus the energy on the people", minimising reflections from the room itself. Three J7-95 loudspeakers form the main system, with SH95HO and SH95 units as fills and four BC215 subwoofers for low end.
The system is powered by Danley DNA 20K4 and DNA 10K4 amplifiers and managed by a DNA-SC48 digital signal processor, giving the church a complete, single-brand chain from processing to loudspeaker. The result is clear speech and full worship music in a space that would otherwise work against both.
